- Provided that the replaced / exchanged product is in its original condition and in its original packaging and has not been used nor opened and with its original packaging.
- You can request to replace / exchange the damaged product within 7 days of the purchase.
- The refund is made after the damaged product arrives to our facilities and once we assess its condition, we will then transfer the refunded amount to your account.
